Returns

At Cinema Snacks, we want you to be happy with every order. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund — no quibble, no fuss.

Conditions for Returns

• Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging.
• Opened items and loose sweets from our Pick and Mix range are not eligible for return. This follows the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which allow us to refuse returns for food products that are not suitable for resale due to health and hygiene reasons.
• If you use our return label, a fee of £3.99 will be deducted from your refund.
